By using the AL-Fursan store or app, you agree to the following terms.
Account
• You register with an Iraqi phone number, verified by an SMS code. • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for orders placed from your account.
Prices and products
• Prices are in Iraqi dinars and do not include delivery or installation unless stated. • We work to keep prices, photos and specifications accurate. If a product shows an obvious pricing error, we will contact you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. • Quantities depend on stock; we may cancel an order if a product sells out and refund any amount paid.
Orders and cancellation
Our team reviews every order and may call you to confirm the address or details. You can cancel your order free of charge from your account before we start preparing it.
Delivery
• We deliver to all Iraqi governorates within 1 to 6 days, depending on the governorate. • Delivery costs 5,000 to 10,000 IQD depending on the area, plus a small surcharge for medium and large appliances (charged once, based on the largest item in the order). The full fee is shown before you confirm. • Orders of 1,000,000 IQD or more ship free. • Please inspect the appliance on delivery in front of the courier.
Payment
• Cash on delivery, or installments once your installment application is approved. • When electronic payment is available, its options appear at checkout.
Installments
Installments are subject to reviewing your application and required documents. Once approved, you agree to pay each installment on time according to the chosen plan.
Installation
Installation is available for some appliances, for a fee shown on the product page.
Points and referrals
Points and referral rewards are a promotional feature with no cash value. We may change or stop them, or cancel rewards earned improperly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published in the store when you place an order applies.
